--

Open government must happen at all levels, from federal to local. This needs to be leveraged by the coordination of different entities. This session will focus on what these countries and subnational entities have learned about strategies to consult citizens and articulate cross-cutting open government policies. What was the best strategy to bring in all relevant stakeholders? What challenges did they face during dialogue between stakeholders? What would they like to improve in their next co creation process?
