¿Cómo nos posicionamos los partícipes del ámbito de gobierno abierto frente a los peligros que presentan los numerosos casos de espionaje, vigilancia cibernética, regulación de internet, vulneración de datos personales sensibles e intromisiones injustificadas en la vida privada de las personas? En este panel de expertos se pretende reflexionar principalmente sobre qué buenas prácticas podemos llevar a cabo para proteger nuestro espacio cívico, y cómo contrarrestar los excesos en los que el Estado puede incurrir.

How do we -as participants in the field of open government- position ourselves ahead of the dangers posed by the numerous cases of espionage, cyber surveillance, internet regulation, violation of sensitive personal data and unwarranted interference in people's private lives? This panel of experts intends to reflect mainly on what good practices we can implement to protect our civic space, and how to counteract the excesses in which the State can incur.
