Miguel Angel Reyes is a lawyer. He is the founder and president of Fiscalización Ciudadana Foundation. He is served as open government consultant for the Dominican Republic IRM, Trajano Vidal Potentini, troughout the independent research of the action plan. As a member of the Latin American Youth Network for Democracy (JUVENTUD-LAC), he has organized several nationals and regional dialogues to discuss public policies. He was also part of the Electoral Observation Mission (EOM) in the presidential, legislative and local elections of the Republic of Haiti, on november 2016.
